Setting Different Prices for Different Locations

If you want to offer different products or prices for different locations or different order types, you can create different menus for different locations or different order types.

Menu is a product catalogue, products are unique, you will have one product but you can use that product with different prices in different locations or order types by using menu management.

For example, you want to sell Steak Burger in location A for $10, and location B for $12. You need to create two different menus, set different prices for that product under each menu and assign them to each location.

  1. Login to your dashboard.
  2. Navigate to “Menu Management” page under “Products” menu.
  3. There you will see your default menu that you are currently using. If you move your mouse over number in Locations column, you can see which locations are using that menu.

Creating New Menu

  1. Click on “Add New Menu” on top right of page, and click on Add Menu again from dropdown.
  2. Enter menu name and short description.
  3. Select which ordering types will this menu be used for (Selecting all methods is suggested, so you can easily use this menu for other methods in future. POS is for POS or E-Menu if you are using.) and click on “Add Menu” button.
  4. You will the menu you created available on menu list.
  5. Click on Assign / Remove Products icon next to your recently created menu. () and select which products you want to add to this menu. You can select All Products from top if you want all products to be added. And click on “Save” button.
  6. Menu is created for order types and products you selected. Now you will see this menu under product price settings.

Assigning Menu to Location

When you created a new menu, you can easily assign it to any location.

  1. Click on “Assign Menu for Locations” button (first button from top right of page).
  2. Select location from first “Select a Location” input.
  3. Select which menu you want to assign to selected location from second “Select a Menu” input.
  4. You will see products are listed under inputs now. You can customize prices for that menu / location.
  5. When you are done, click on “Update Menu” button on top right or bottom right of the page.

Now you also need to select assigned menu for that location under General Settings to enable that menu for that location. This is because you can assign more than one menus for one location, so you need to select which one to use under settings.

  1. Navigate to “General Settings” page under “General Settings” menu.
  2. Select which location to update menu setting.
  3. Under first tab (General) you will see “Default Delivery Menu“, “Default Pickup Menu” and if you are using E-Menu, “Default Table Menu” select menus you want to use for those order types.


  4. If you selected different menu for Pickup orders, or you have different prices for Pickup ordes, you also need to click on Orders tab from top of General Settings page, and set “Different Pickup Price” setting to Yes.


  5. Now click on “Update” button.

That’s all. Now you can see that location you selected will have the menu you assigned.

Removing Menu from Location

Each location can have more than one menus. This does not generate any complications since you can set which menu to use from general settings for that location. But if you want to remove a menu from a location, you can follow steps below.

  1. Click on “Assign Menu for Locations” button (first button from top right of page).
  2. Select location from first “Select a Location” input.
  3. Select which menu you want to remove from selected location from second “Select a Menu” input.
  4. You will see products are listed under inputs now.
  5. Go down that list, until you reach the bottom of the page, you will see red “Remove Menu” button. Click on that button to remove that menu from selected location.

Please don’t forget to check which menu is selected from General Settings for that location. If you removed the selected menu, products will not be listed under that location, so you need to select new menu for that location.
