If you need to update more than one product prices, product names or tax rates, you don’t have to do it one by one. You can easily update your products by using Microsoft Excel.

Minimum requirements for using “Bulk Update” feature:

– Microsoft Windows 10 or higher
– Microsoft Excel 2013 or higher

Step 1. Downloading Your Products

1. Login to your dashboard.
2. Navigate to Products page under Products menu.
3. Click on “Bulk Update” button on top right of page.
4. Download sample Excel file by clicking on “Download Excel” button.
   
   Note: If you want to update only products that are under specific categories or menus, you can select that categories or that menus in the popup. Or you can skip category and menu selection inputs and just click on Download Excel button on popup again.
   
5. Open excel file you just downloaded. Update the product details that needs to be updated, (you can only change product name, barcode, price and tax rates. please do not change or delete any other data from excel file.) and save file.
   
   
   
   
6. Return to “Bulk Update” page, click on “Select a File” button, select the excel file you recently updated and saved and click on “Update” button.
   
   

Please Read Before Updating Products

• You can only change product name, barcode, prices and tax rates on downloaded excel file. If you change any other data on excel file, or delete any line or column, update will be failed.
  
• If there are empty prices or tax rates on some menu columns, this means that product is not assigned under that menu.
  
• If you enter price or tax rate value where the fields are empty, that product will be assigned to that menu. You can leave empty fields as is.

Troubleshooting

If upload has failed, please check if you only edited product name, barcode, product price and tax rate areas on excel file.

Also please check if you deleted any columns or lines.
