If you want to cancel orders that are waiting for confirmation for a long time, you can follow these steps:
- Login to your dashboard.
- Navigate to “General Settings -> General Settings” page.
- Select the location you want to edit. (If you have only one location, you can skip this step.
- Select “Orders” tab on top navigation.
- You will see “Auto. Cancel Non-Confirmed Orders” dropdown. Select how many minutes you want to wait before cancelling an order that is waiting for confirmation. (We recommend at least 5 minutes, and max 10 minutes.)
- Click on “Update” button to save your new settings.
